Any of you who read my friend G at canihelpyousir.com are familiar with The Swoon List. For those of you who don’t already read G (and what’s wrong with you, for pete’s sake?) then go read. The post from 2/19 is a Swoon List post.

I want to have my own Swoon List, but neither femme chicks nor straight chicks are swoon-inducing for me. The dearth of famous butches who make me wanna swoon is heart breaking. But then … I had an idea! I’ll have real life butches on my swoon list! I can’t have only the ones I *know* or the list would be short.

So, reader darlings, please nominate some butches for the Femme Fairy Godmother’s Swoon List! I have a couple to get us started, assuming they’ll agree to have their pictures on my website. Here’s what I need to put them on my Swoon List:

  • their name, of course. It can be their real name or it can be a pseudonym, whatev.
  • their permission!
  • their picture
  • your reason why they are swoon-worthy. It can be brief or long-ish
  • your relationship to the Swoon List-ee.
  • If they have a website, I’ll link to it. Blog, twitter, facebook, myspace, whatev.

    So, darlings, nominate away! I have about 44 Thursdays left in 2010 & I wanna fill ‘em all! So send in your nominations.
