Of all the traits that make a butch swoon-worthy for me, confidence tops the list. Not cockiness or arrogance, which in my opinion are only confidence with nothing to back it up, but genuine confidence. Kerie, my New Zealand darling is uber-confident. Femmes can we agree? Confidence is sexy.

Confidence isn’t Kerie’s only sexy trait. Darlings, she is a chef. A butch who cooks? Lovely. She’s thoughtful and sweet, which femmes everywhere know is totally swoon-inducing. I happen to know that she has a wicked sexy voice and a darling Australian accent (she’s from Australia, lives in NZ) because she called me to wish me a happy birthday this year. She’s also the one who sent me this sweet poem.
